Our recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that instantly made us feel at home. The entire team deserves a heartfelt thank you — every touchpoint, from a smooth and efficient check-in to the thoughtfully arranged breakfast experience, and finally the seamless checkout, reflected the hotel’s commitment to genuine care and high service standards. A special mention goes to Rihab, whose kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt comfortable, cared for, and celebrated. Her warm smile, proactive support, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed — it’s rare to come across such heartfelt service. The rooms were pristine, the ambience calming, and the staff always eager to help. Whether it was arranging early morning requests or guiding us through local tips, the experience felt personal and tailored. Our entire family left feeling overjoyed and deeply grateful. We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai, as a family. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great service and amenities. Breakfast at Cosmic Kitchen was excellent, with plenty of variety. We were looked after by Saurav and Jewel, who provided warm and attentive service. At dinner, we met Prashant, who was also very professional and friendly. Thanks to Jhimli for her help during our stay, and a special shoutout to Adell at reception, who was outstanding, always welcoming and efficient. Adell and Saurav truly stood out for their exceptional hospitality. While we didn’t use the rooftop pool, we really enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, a wonderful, family-friendly hotel with excellent food, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location. Super close to the metro and very easy to access main locations (burj khalifa 10-15 minutes only). Excellent staff. Always super friendly. Received complimentery breakfast, which was super kind of them! Special thanks to robina, who helped me on various topics and is an excellent employee! Also want to give thanks to Agnes and Prasad, super friendly all the time. Totally recommend staying here. Stayed at a 5 star hotel before coming here and honestly this hotel was so much more worth considering price/value and friendliness of the staff.

The place felt like Home, The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming, Starting from the Reception Tohfa helped us a lot to settle in he was very friendly and very kind he is an asset to the Hotel , also Adell was also very welcoming and friendly from the front office , The food was also very good and the restaurant staff Sameh and Prashant was also very helpful and they were very nice people , Israfel from the baggage service was also really helpful and he handled our heavy baggage very safely , Over all 10/10 experience, Will definitely recommend and stay a again , The location is very peaceful as well , I came to a Hotel and left a Home ❤️🥂

The stay was excellent, due to work commitments I was literally there to sleep so did not have the opportunity to discover the facilities fully. Staff were amazing and very courteous, and responsive to my needs. Check-in took a little longer than I expected, but that can be overlooked. Overall a great hotel, centrally located... Adele was very professional and followed up on my stay.
